Author, survivor, truth teller, warrior

Ginger M. Lawler is an author, truth-teller, and trauma recovery coach who writes from the wreckage — and the rising.

For years, Ginger lived beneath the surface of a life built around survival. A toxic family system, a high-profile marriage shadowed by secrecy, trauma, and betrayal, and a long history of emotional manipulation left her numb, depleted, and lost in the roles she was expected to play.

She became a wife, a caregiver, a mother, a soldier’s support system — but somewhere along the way, she stopped being herself.

It wasn’t until the pain became louder than the silence that she began to write. First in journals, then in poems. Then, pages turned into books. Survival turned into truth.

Her I, Toxic poetry series is a raw, unfiltered account of life inside — and beyond — abuse, addiction, betrayal, and healing.

Her upcoming memoirs explore not just what happened to her, but how she reclaimed her voice, her power, and her life.

Today, Ginger offers more than her words — she offers Torch, a 1:1 coaching space for those navigating the dark aftermath of trauma bonds and emotional abuse. Her work is dedicated to anyone who’s ever been gaslit, discarded, silenced, or told they were “too much.”

She’s proof that you can lose everything… and still find yourself.
